Good teaching should not depend on your postcode
Mashal Academy started because too many capable students were held back by where they lived rather than what they could do. A student in Multan or Peshawar deserves the same teacher as one in Lahore.
“Mashal” means torch. The name is the whole idea: a teacher hands over something that keeps giving light long after the class has ended.
We run live online batches for Matric, FSc and O-Level students. Every batch has a seat limit, so teachers know each student by name. Classes run on Google Classroom, which means a phone and a reasonable connection are enough — no travel, no expensive equipment.
We are deliberately small. We would rather run six batches that work than twenty that do not.
What we hold ourselves to
Results over attendance
A batch is judged by whether students improve, not by how many sat in it. Teachers track past-paper scores through the session, and we move a student to a different batch if the pace is wrong for them.
Honest about money
The monthly fee is on the course page before you apply. No admission fee, no exam charges, no annual charges. If a family hits a hard month, we would rather arrange something than lose the student.
Reachable teachers
Small batches mean a student can actually ask a question. Teachers answer between classes too, not only during the scheduled hour.
